I’m Mildred Adhola, a registered nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing. My career has taken me through critical care, emergency flight nursing, case management, and school health.

I spent five years in ICU nursing at Nairobi Hospital, caring for critically ill adults and working closely with medical teams and families during some of the most difficult moments they faced.

I then spent nine years in emergency flight nursing with AMREF Flying Doctors. That work involved coordinating between medical teams, managing complex cases, and making sure information travelled clearly alongside the patient.

Later, I moved into school nursing, where I established a school health unit and continued working closely with children and their families.

Across these roles, I’ve seen how much people value someone who listens, explains clearly, respects their preferences, and helps coordinate what happens next. Fine Touch brings that experience into dedicated support for adult patients and their families, working alongside their treating healthcare teams.
