We also record the date and time it was sent.
How we use it
We use this information only to read and respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether Fine Touch can help. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely with our website hosting and database provider. They are not publicly accessible. Our provider’s servers may be located outside Kenya.
Please don’t send medical records
Please share only a brief overview in the form. Do not upload medical records or include detailed sensitive health information. If we go on to work together, we will agree on an appropriate way to share any further information.
Consent and family communication
If you contact us on behalf of someone else, we will only liaise with their healthcare team or share updates with family members with the patient’s consent or appropriate authorisation, as agreed before support begins.
